[Shopping] July Collective Haul

People who know me, probably I'm the last person to go on a keesiao (crazy/ full-on) shopping spree. I'm pretty savvy still, you know, as compared to the one down in the vid! hehe I love how hilarious she is!

Enough said, here's my July, collective haul, all at once, spent in a day. Aiyaa, can I just show you mah winnings?!
I was heading to Jurong East for Recruit Express to submit my timesheet, passing by JEM.

YES! OMG! My first ever Sephora baggie! The green plastic bag's from Watsons :)

Disclaimer: This is not a sponsored post. All the products are purchased with my own money.
  • Clarisonic MIA - SGD$170 (JEM Sephora)
I've been saving up for this product forever! I'm so, so excited. I stepped in Sephora, I stood at the Clarisonic counter for less than 3 minutes, testing the machine on the back of my hands. Hesitated a while, and decided to sink in the money, "Its either now or never so while I'm still 'young", and POOF! It ended up in my shopping cart magically. Luckily I held on the temptation to go a round, else I may have more 'foreign objects' in my shopping cart!

But to clarify, I did not buy this product on impulse. I did my comparison with many other of its cheaper counterparts, read reviews. But I've never plucked up any real courage as I'm afraid of disappointment.
I've tried this product once yesterday night (after a 24 hour charge), but can't comment on its effectiveness yet. Will do a updated review after a few months. :D

Only the white one is available in Singapore. It comes with the sensitive brush, a magnetic plug charger, a sample size cleanser and 1 year warranty. Sephora membership is free for any purchase with Sephora, and it is valid for both Singapore and Malaysia. Its a loyalty program that entitles you 10% off the next bill after you've spent SGD$250. The $10 voucher was given to me as well, valid for a month, but only for Sephora brand products. To be honest, I didn't know the existence of the 'Sephora' brand. XD
Aiyoo, so fast? I'm done with Sephora already?! Please rewind the moment! D:

  • La Roche Posay Thermal Spring Water (150g)- 2 for SGD$29.90 (JEM Watsons)
I'm on my third twin pack of thermal spring water sprays, but this is the first from La Roche Posay. Though they mentioned that its original retail price is at SGD$39.90 for a twin pack, the price is the same all year round (Unless you're really sui and kena all the price hikes). I previously used Uriage and Avene, their prices is also the similar. Avene is more similar to this while Uriage was salty (I can actually taste).

  • Himalaya Gentle Exfoliating Walnut Scrub 75ml- 2 for SGD$8.50 (Watsons)
I loved how affordable and effective Himalaya products are, you could get them cheaper in India but after years of Internet shopping, very little sellers sell this (even if they do, they sell it at an escalated price). This my first time trying this scrub, I fell in love with the Apricot and Wheat germ scrub. The walnut one feels a little coarser than the apricot one but I still quite like its creamy consistency regardless. :) Its price is around that of St Ives, which I've yet to try.

  • Leaders Insolution Masks (SGD1-2 each piece)
I've been getting greasy skin and bad breakouts since I've started on my retail job. Likely factors which probably contributed to it is probably the late nights, unhealthy diet, and being in an air-conditioned environment. My skin had never been so oily before, so I've decided to invest on these masks. I bought them off a local seller from Qoo10.

I've more to share, but I wanted to dedicate this post entirely to the beauty products. So stay tuned for Part 2 :)
