A Hairdresser
Pulau Pangkor isn't too large, with only one main road on the entire island. A laid-back life on this island is really enjoyable, surrounded by many beaches.

Sunset at Pulau Pangkor
We tried to catch the sunset at different beaches, as the sky burst into a myriad of warm colours. Sandy beaches especially those further away from resorts are uncrowded. And if you're up for some water sports, there are activities including kayaking, banana boat, motor-boating etc. offered at affordable prices. But be warned that since these are adrenaline-inducing, it is hard to resist the thrill of going repeatedly. HEHEH

If you're one who enjoys nightlife, there are not many bars or pubs to choose from, but LOADS of local cuisine. Freshly grilled seafood from the sea!

Pangkor was such a lovely town, the company was even better. Lovely sunlight, seabreeze and soft sand. This was the first overseas trip with my friends, I'm glad that growing up is a real thing. It'd be faster if you have a personal car, we took the longer route from KL. We saved so much on accommodations as we stayed at my friend's place.
There is so much things I love about Malaysia. And of course my friends, I can't get enough of them. HEHEH

Where is your favorite weekend getaway? I would love to know!

Getting There:
Ferry from Lumut to Pangkor Jetty. You can get a coach from major cities of West Malaysia to Lumut.
There are 2 jetties on Pulau Pangkor, depending on where your accommodation is nearer to.
Return tickets costs RM10. Ferries depart every 30 minutes.
