[Life] Farewell - Last Day of NTUSU BP Mentoring at JSS

As I have confessed earlier (did I remember to?) I've been CCA-less and a diligent mugger since school started. This week had been extra hectic when all the tests comes in and I'm a few lectures behind (I skipped them to study hor!). I can't believe how screwed up is my life now! The best thing I can ask for now is probably a breather before I resume the recorded lectures I've skipped.
But I did join this mentorship program sponsored by BP and was 'deployed' to Jurong Secondary School. This is the last session for their school for this semester and we're throwing a feast! Sarpino pizzas lehh! Hehee! Food is one of the hottest topic in our mentoring group.

SARPINO'S!
one of my mentees actually listed out her favourite pizza outlets
she pretty much mentioned all of the pizza chains in Spore LOL
#alwayshungry

As you can see, there wasn't a lot of people (only 7 mentees turned up today). But almost all 6 pizzas were wiped out.
I salute my mentees for having such big appetites! They are all super skinny girls leh
I'm wearing the NTUSU BP shirt along with a couple of people.

From Left: Vonny (my fellow mentor / senior), the 3 cute mentees and me (trying be their age again)
#cannotmakeit #alreadypast3years
Vonny was really cute! She past time doing origami for the kids (a pity that I've forgotten to snap photos) then we took turns to colour it using highlighters. How frugal.
btw, I have to emphasize that her origami are 3D!
.
This was a token of gratitude from the teacher (Above)!
Their teacher were really supportive to come down to school every Saturday for them!

To be honest, I did feel this period of "wanting to back out" or PMS in short. I liked the presence of my mentees but I wasn't close to the other fellow mentors to the extent I felt really awkward with them. Even until now I still don't know half of them, but the other half pretty much made my experience here complete! They turned out to be people I could relate to relatively well and I was pretty sentimental about the fact that its our last session in JSS.
The mentoring program for this semester will still go on for the other schools, so we might be "deployed" to different schools for the next few sessions. I'm not sure whether I'll turn up, I was really just there for the girls.
Lastly all the best to their O' Levels! A1 all the way!
Such a genuine heart-to-heart entry. Bye internet! Back to school's intranet...
