[Shopping] Unboxing the BlackBox - Review: BlackBox.Sg

The items listed are however free with waived delivery.I'm living on the spirit of the Cheapo Club (founded by my auntie friends back in JC) and I signed myself up for the BlackBox subscription. I've first heard of this through its Television Adverts, but it was pretty ambiguous and I guess It was insufficient to kindle my curiosity. This usually happens when you get older and just push everything aside as a 'money-making technique'.
Then, I've came across more blog adverts of the Blackbox with the bloggers emphasizing that its FOC. I thought it wouldn't hurt to click on the link, but the preceding sign up page irked me. I almost closed the window until I took notice of the scroll-bar, the page isn't that long after all! Contrary to popular belief, not all sign up pages is never-ending and requires you to fill up your credit card number at its final column. This was painless, at least, after my years of intimate relationship with the internet.
HAHA
One thing though, instead of having the liberty to choose your username and password, it is preset by the BlackBox and I have to refer back to my email inbox prior to each sign in. Well, don't blame me, I won't be a Singaporean if I don't complain that much.

Update 5/11:
I've opened and tried the alcohol wipes out. It's a great sanitizer for my mobile devices and keyboard, it was FULLY utilized. I like how each sheet is individually packaged for hygiene. Though one may argue that it is not environmentally friendly, I've to say that it contains alcohol which evaporates fast. If stored in the multi-sheet packs, it might no longer be wet wipes :S
The rest have yet to be opened, but I was already half-sold by the innovation of 'Sunscreen Wipes' and 'Insect Repellent Wipes". So cool!

I don't think I'll be putting on makeup for some time, so I'm afraid that I've to give the Bifesta cleansing lotion and VDL CC cream a miss. My skin had been quite sensitive recently and my days had been long, comfort comes first nowadays. *sobs*

I'd given the Sexylook mask to my grandma and I'll update this space for her review. Hehe I've tried on 4D masks and I think they had been quite cool, moreover I've read rave reviews about Sexylook, but my grandma comes first eh?

This is a 10ml sample and a little goes a long way. I LOVE the fragrance of this Huile Prodigieuse Oil and how versatile it is! To the best of my ability, I can only describe this smell as a 'sandalwood blend'. My hair, body and face had been thankful. I'd always been a fan of facial oils especially when my flaking skin is calling out for it now. This is moisturizing and did not cause any breakouts for my oily skin. OMG I simply love this so much that I'll do a separate review for this!

But still, I wasn't really sure of receiving the box. I mean, there is so many people in Singapore. Especially with a couple of such emails to remind people to ballot, my chance to secure one of this gets slimmer by each second. However, I'm lucky enough to secure a box on my first ballot! *screams*
